Coach Lee is the Director of Soccer and has been coaching youth soccer for over 20 years at the highest levels of play. He believes in creating a challenging environment where players are constantly active and enjoying their soccer. As a former All American, Texas Player Of The Year, and Youth National Champion, he has the ability to demonstrate the necessary technique to build a solid skills foundation.

When you’re looking for professionalism, dedication and motivation, look no further than Coach Jimmy. Coach Jimmy has worked with many clubs throughout Houston since the 90s. He played professionally in England and Sweden. He brings a wealth of experience to the Coaching Staff. Jimmy knows how to teach, and players will find his soccer perspectives unique and helpful.

Coach Paul  has a unique ability to truly understand the player and focus in on what can help them excel. As a former top club player in the area, he can not only calmly explain what he is looking for, he can demonstrate those skills at a high level as a picture is worth a thousand words.

Staff Coach and GK Coach

Coach Kyle has grown into a favorite coach for many players at Legacy. He has a firm understanding of player development. He runs Goalkeeper sessions, while also is a critical part of the coaching team. Coach Kyle enjoys camping and a good soccer match.

Speed & Agility Coach

We’re lucky to have Coach Derick. He brings energy and passion to his speed and agility sessions. All Legacy players will have the opportunity to experience Coach Derick's speed and fitness challenges. It is his goal to make them faster, stronger, more durable, and more fit.

Coach Don brings his experience as a local high school coach to the Legacy Program. As a high school teacher, Coach Don has developed a coaching style that challenges players, but also pushes them to use the tools which are unique to them when they compete. He has been a HS Coach at Klein Forest and Klein Cain.

Coach Keegan grew up in the Klein area and played club soccer for Lee Baker. Keegan brings enthusiasm and energy to his sessions. His understanding of the game, creative ideas and coaching style continues to help his players excel on and off the field.

Coach Matt grew up in the Klein area and played youth soccer at the highest level. He went on to play Division 1 college soccer. He has a passion for motivating and leading players to be successful, while guiding them in their soccer ambitions. His positive attitude and dedication makes him a versatile coach for players of all ages.

Coach Christian is an incredible role model and mentor to the young ladies in the Legacy Program. Having been through the youth soccer journey, she is able to relate, guide, and connect to the Legacy ladies. Coach Christian's joy for life and the game are contagious, and our players love her methods of positive reinforcement and repetition. She is passionate about building discipline, fitness, and self esteem in all of our players.

Coach Cristian grew up in the Klein area, playing club soccer at very high levels. He brings a great deal of playing experience to our player. We are excited to add another staff member who can demonstrate explosive and creative attacking moves. As a former D1 college player, and semi-pro player, he knows what it takes to reach the highest levels of play.

Coach Jo grew up in Dallas and played high-level club soccer throughout her youth. After her high school days, Coach Jo also played a few seasons of college soccer. As a goalkeeper for most of her soccer career, she is a great addition to the goalkeeper training staff. She has a big heart and a huge personality. She loves getting to know her teams and finding ways to help them achieve their goals.

Coach Travis Allen is coming on board with Legacy after having a fantastic youth career here in the Northwest Houston area, as well as playing at the college level. He understands the importance of player versatility as he himself was a player who played multiple positions throughout his career. The personality and energy that Coach Travis brings to the field is second to none, and this translates to a lot of joy on the field for players entrusted to him.

James has been coaching youth soccer in the Houston area for the past five years. He enjoys being around the game and will be a big help in assisting our staff coaches this season. Growing up, James played competitive soccer for the Texans soccer club and was also an all-state goalkeeper at Klein high school. 


Mark Carney

VEO Coordinator / Staff Coach

Coach Mark has been coaching youth sports for over 20 years. He wouldn’t have been doing it this long if he truly didn’t have a passion to see his players develop and grow on and off the field. He brings an organized approach in everything he does, as well as, breaks down technical and tactical skills in a way that players can understand at an early age. He brings a “why” coaching perspective to the game so players can understand when and where to utilize their skills and tactics. Coach Mark always builds a strong bond with all of his players which allows him to get the most out of them. 


Andres Victoria

Staff Coach

Coach Andres has been coaching youth soccer locally for many years.  He grew up playing soccer for a local club in Cypress, then went on to play college soccer for three years. Along with being a soccer coach, he has been teaching for 17 years, as a 4th grade math bilingual teacher, in the districts of Spring/Klein/Tomball.  As a coach, his strengths consist of the understanding of the game, relationship building with players and parents, positive attitude, and energy on the field that will be an asset for the Legacy Soccer Club.
