Coach Lee Baker has been impacting players and families in Northwest Houston for over 40 years now as a player, coach, and club director. The positive "Baker Family influence" with Klein High School, Texans Soccer Club, uScore Soccer, and now Legacy Soccer is well known throughout the city. Coach Lee won a National Championship in 1994 as a club player, set the all time scoring record at Klein High School, and was named Gatorade Texas Player of The Year. He went on to play and coach at the University of Kentucky.
Since 2001, Coach Lee has impacted thousands of families and players including those such as Brek Shea, Stuart Holden, and many more. More importantly, he has mentored, developed, and guided young men and women who are now influencing so many in all walks of life throughout our community...including a dozen who are on Legacy staff!

Lee’s accolades include winning prestigious tournaments such as the USYS National Championship, Disney Championship, and Dallas Cup Championship. His experiences have shaped his coaching philosophy, focusing on creating a positive, respectful, and humble environment where players are encouraged to think critically and act decisively.

Lee believes in fostering a true joy for the game, urging players to treat others with respect and humility while remaining fearless and creative on the field. His teams reflect his ideals: organized, hardworking, and full of passion, always striving to outplay the competition while upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship.
